A fair nod to tradition

Hundreds of people flocked to Brook Green on Saturday to enjoy a traditional British fair. A helter skelter, wooden swing boats, carousel and trampolin were popular with children and families.
The fourth annual event was organised by Friends of Brook Green.
Chairman Robert Jennings said: "The aim was to have a traditional fair. This was our fourth one, it gets a little bigger each year. It's a day for the community."
The day was sponsored by several local estate agents including Bective Leslie Marsh, Finlay Brewer , Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward, Tates, Marsh & Parsonsand Savills.
