London values rising

New research from London-based agency Marsh and Parsons reveals that 43% of homes in prime areas of the capital are now worth more than 1 million, up from 34.6% a year ago. And these aren't simply confined to traditional areas such as Kensington and Chelsea, says CEO Peter Rollings. 'International wealth has been flocking to prime property but it's no longer concentrated on the most central locations. It has been overflowing into areas such as Balham, Clapham and Brook Green.'
