The opening of the new Bishops Park office this month will be Marsh & Parsons 18th in the capital and reflects the continuing rapid expansion of the 157 year old agency.
The new branch at 333 Fulham Palace Road, which has been refurbished at a cost of 250,000, is Marsh & Parsons second office in Fulham and will strengthen the presence in an area where there has been a substantial increase in demand.The office has a distinctive and striking conservatory-style glass box on the side of the building to create a stunning and bright space where up to eight staff will be based.
Peter Rollings, Chief Executive, said: "The opening reflects the popularity of the area which has seen 7m recently spent on improving the facilities in the Bishops Park/Fulham Palace grounds. It is a neighbourhood in great demand and we will be moving additional staff into the branch to compliment the team of 16 at our Fulham office."

- The sales manager at Bishops Park will be Ben Gee who has been assistant sales manager at the Fulham office in Moore Park Road
- The Lettings Manager will be Jay Badiani who was also the assistant manager of Fulham
- The new branch will cover both Bishops Park and Munster Village
