It was a great 'journey' - from the moment that you walked through my door and kicked your shoes off saying that my wooden floor was too nice to have high heels on it, to the Friday before completion - when David called to wish me all the best with the move as he would be out of the office on the day. He also called the day after to check all went well.
I particularly liked that you arranged for the negotiators from both offices to visit my flat before they carried out any viewings. Thus I got to meet the team and they got to see the flat and hear what I had to say about it. They always let me know about any viewings in advance and any cancellations as soon as they knew about them. They were unfailingly polite cheerful and positive. They also came up with ideas for me about how best to present the flat and ideas for the buyers on it's potential. I got a weekly update every Wednesday morning to give me the number of viewings held and due, plus any feedback which was
reassuring and made me feel that progress was being made. I did also like that you don't do viewings on Sundays as it eased the pressure on me to have the flat constantly show ready
Once David had an offer for me he was assiduous about chasing the buyers and the solicitors. He was also very supportive of me as I did get rather emotional (having had three sales fall through with ******* and a sick mother to worry about). I really cannot thank you, David and the rest of the team enough.
You made me feel that you all enjoy your work and that my sale was important (and not just for the commission).
It's a shame that you don't have a branch in Hastings!

Today I was informed by my solicitor that the contract has been exchanged for the sale of my apartment. I have to thank your team for the service they provided, especially Nicola Wells who has done an outstanding job. She has everything which a top sales agent should have. She was prepared for every visit, she was 100 percent reliable, she identified the right customers and we trusted her.
We had another offer from another agency but due to Nicola's performance we didn't accept the offer from them. If we need a sales agent again, we will contact Nicola.

I would like to highly commend Alex Lyle and his team at Marsh and Parsons in Fulham who did a brilliant job selling my house on Britannia Road this summer.
I came to M&P after my disappointment dealing with some of Fuham’s best-known estate agencies. Within a few weeks of taking my instruction they had had disappointing viewings and then suggested I slash the asking price which they had previously assured me would be easily achievable in the market. I despaired of selling at a fair price – until I approached Marsh and Parsons.
Alex Lyle came to visit me in my house and returned with a valuation which delighted me. In explaining the firm's approach and his sales strategy, he reassured me greatly. He was intelligent, courteous, diplomatic and well-informed about market trends. In short, he inspired great confidence.
Over the following weeks his team organized dozens of viewings – many more than the other estate agents had managed between them - and very soon the house was under offer at a price that more than matched my expectations.
It was a difficult sale because the buyers and their solicitor were cautious and suspicious. Alex dealt with them tactfully and professionally, always representing my interests, as his client. Both sides knew that he was fair. The trust that he built over the following – often tense - weeks ensured that the negotiations ended in a sale which thrilled me, the vendor, and the purchasers.
In short, Alex made the process bearable and kept everything on track with a superbly steady hand and ever professional eye. All parties in the end were delighted with the result and I cannot recommend Alex and his team highly enough.

I'm very happy to write and thank your office for selling our flat here on the New Kings Road. We did have it on the market with one of your competitors for quite a chunk of last year, and it's safe to say they did a woeful job of selling it. It's safe to say we never thought we'd sell the place.
So, when we put it on with Marsh & Parsons, it was a great relief to see a team set about selling it with genuine enthusiasm. Everyone did a fine job, but we are especially pleased with Ben Gee. Not only did he bring the buyers in, he got them in at a really good price. And, more importantly, once the deal was struck he kept the buyers on track and the vendors sane. Not an easy task, I imagine.

I am writing to thank Marsh and Parsons and, in particular, Jake Civardi and his team at your Pimlico office for the speedy stress-free sale they arranged for our flat at 36 Buckingham Gate at significantly over the asking price- which itself was more than we had expected!
The delay has been because we were also asked by our elderly widowed neighbour, to write to thank you for her sale which was only concluded last week-again at significantly over the asking price.
The two properties (although neighbouring) were very different in size and condition. We had lived there since the 1980s and the instinct was to place them with the long-established local agent who had bought and sold everything at 36BG since time immemorial – despite the fact that we all complain about their high-handed attitude and a negotiating style which always seems to involve the seller dropping the price to meet the buyer’s expectation.
In our case, my husband saw three agents and was impressed by Jake’s straightforward approach, market assessment and proposed sales strategy. I talked to him later and was equally struck by the manner in which he dealt with my request for a commission reduction to match the local agent’s proposal- he was polite, but convincing about why your product was worth the money because of your London wide reach. And so it proved; we had an offer of near the asking price within 72 hours with a sale agreed by sealed bids at significantly over the asking price a week later. Our buyer told us how helpful M&P had been to him and his family during the search which clearly also helped. As we drove off to Warwickshire, we mused how the sale of a property was supposed to be one of the most stressful things you can do. For us the only stressful issue has been how to spend the proceeds.
Our neighbour was in a very different situation. She had a bad experience the previous year with the local agent, who after many months had only arranged three viewings and who had told her that the property simply would not sell because of its condition. She was very mistrustful of most professionals but, because our experience demonstrated results, we felt comfortable recommending your company as very professional and trustworthy. Jake took time to listen to her requirements and to explain how the sale would be handled. I was impressed by the patient balance he struck between the professional and personal and between the positives and the problems. She was reassured that everything possible would be done to get an appropriate sale price and was informed and included at all stages. We will never know how much effort your team put in to allowing her to join her family in Sydney with significantly more funds than they could ever have expected.

Wanted to drop you a note to say thanks for all your help in finding me a property – Ian was great and without him being creative about the long completion date I think I would still be looking for somewhere now!
