When you ask for a valuation of your property you will be visited by the manager of your local office. The valuation process is a fine art and should not be left to just anybody within the office. Our managers are experienced and skilled and will discuss with you the correct pricing strategy to ensure the best possible result.

The manager will also coordinate a bespoke marketing campaign, taking into consideration all national and local advertising including the Sunday Times, Evening Standard and a large variety of local and London wide glossy magazines including the London Magazine, Tatler, Vogue, SW and Resident (see 'Why use Marsh & Parsons' for a full list). Furthermore, we have highly skilled in-house marketing department who will make full use of all editorial opportunities.

Upon instructing Marsh & Parsons your property will be visited by a member of our in-house photographic team who will take high quality photographs and prepare a floor plan. We have a unique “open register” policy allowing all members of our sales team the opportunity to sell everything on the market with Marsh & Parsons. This means that whilst you have one point of contact there will be a multitude of sales people working on your behalf.

Details of your property will be available on our website (usually within 24hrs) and many national property websites including Primelocation, Rightmove, Propertyfinder, Findaproperty, Hotproperty, Globrix, Homes24, Look4aproperty, Zoomf and Extate amongst others. We also make full use of Google Adwords on your behalf thereby guaranteeing the maximum exposure for your property.
