When you ask for a valuation of your property you will be visited by the manager of your local office. The valuation process is a fine art and should not be left to just anybody within the office. Upon instructing Marsh & Parsons your property will be visited by a photographer team who will take high quality photographs. This means that whilst you have one point of contact there will be a multitude of sales people working on your behalf.

Details of your property will be available on our website (usually within 24hrs) and many national property websites including Primelocation, Propertyfinder, Findaproperty, Hotproperty, Globrix, Homes24, Look4aproperty, Zoomf and Dothomes amongst others. We also make full use of Google Adwords on your behalf thereby guaranteeing the maximum exposure for your property.
