Natasha began her career in estate agency eight years ago working for one of the leading independent agents in Hampshire representing Fine & Country . Having gained four years experience in the country, Natasha moved to London seeking a faster pace of life. She joined Marsh & Parsons in 2006, starting at the Notting Hill office and moving her way up quickly to senior house negotiator, later moving to nearby Little Venice to set up the company’s 15th branch.

When she’s not selling property in Little Venice and Maida Vale, Natasha enjoys travelling and exploring faraway places, having lived all over the world growing up. However, she’s just as happy soaking up the atmosphere in Maida Vale and enjoys everything that the area has to offer, in particular long walks along the canal, especially in the summer dropping in for a spot of lunch at the Summerhouse!

Holly Goodge, Lettings Manager of the Little Venice office

Holly is originally from a charming village in Wiltshire but moved to London in 2008, starting her property career with a well known London estate agent. Since then, she has enjoyed working with the Marsh & Parsons office in Little Venice, dealing with the daily challenges of the central London lettings market. Holly has a real passion for customer service and always ensures that her landlords get exactly the results they desire.

Holly adores Little Venice for it’s ‘villagey’ feel and easy access to central London. Her favourite properties are the exquisite houses found on Sutherland Avenue and Elgin Crescent in W9, overlooking the greenery the area has to offer. In her spare time, Holly enjoys shopping in the local shops, her favourite is Cosmic Closet – a gift shop popular for unique finds from all over the world! Holly loves the pizzas at Le Cochonette on Lauderdale Road and also likes to go for dinner at The Dining Room. And for a fun Sunday afternoon, she thoroughly recommends taking the boat trip on the canal from Little Venice to Camden
