Keith Gorny, Director of Marsh & Parsons, and Sales Manager of the Holland Park office

Keith started in Estate Agency shortly after graduating from Exeter University in 1993. Having spent a couple of years working in a well known estate agency's Chiswick office he transferred to their Notting Hill operation where he oversaw house sales, spending several years developing their Notting Hill business. During this time Keith enjoyed the different challenges of working through the market’s tremendous capital growth of the late nineties, the dot com bust, the Russian Currency crisis and the transformation of Notting Hill into the world renowned location it is today. He later went on to set up and run a successful W2 office based in the new West End Quay development. Joining Marsh & Parsons in 2005, Keith became a Director and equity partner and is responsible for the success of what is now, both Notting Hill and Holland Park's largest and most successful Estate Agency branches.

Keith has lived in and around Notting Hill for over fifteen years having first discovered the area whilst hunting for paintings along a very different Westbourne Grove during a Gap year spent as an art dealer in the late 1980's. A love for dining out and the area’s fantastic restaurants insures that Keith can frequently be spotted plodding around Hyde Park in an attempt to stay trim.

David Pittman, Sales Manager of the Holland Park Office

Prior to joining Marsh & Parsons David had spent 15 years as a senior publicist in the music and entertainment industries. It was a career that took him all over the world and after a lengthy placement in Siena, Italy, David returned to the UK seeking a new challenge and to settle back in West London. A long standing affection for the Holland Park and Notting Hill area plus a keen interest in property encouraged him to apply for a sales negotiator position with Marsh & Parsons. Having produced excellent results for both our Kensington and Notting Hill offices, David rapidly won promotion to Senior Negotiator before becoming the manager of Holland Park, one of Marsh & Parson’s most successful offices.

David has lived in or around the Holland Park area for his entire adult life. Along with his wife and two growing daughters, he is a regular weekend face at Holland Park's adventure playground and loves nothing more than a summer evening spent with friends, good food and a glass of wine sitting outside Julies wine bar. While he considers Clarendon Cross one of London’s hidden gems, his love of architecture is indulged throughout the whole area. A particular favourite location of David’s is Holland Park Mews where, hidden between two rows of elegant villas, the beautiful cobbled Victorian mews sweeps up a gentle hill. See it once and you’ll see it a thousand times, in films and commercials going back decades. If you’re looking for a rack of lamb or steak & ale pie, David will send you directly to Lidgates, the celebrated butchers on Holland Park Avenue, outside which he queues annually with hundreds of others for his Christmas Goose. Well worth the wait.

Claire de Wolff, Senior Lettings Manager, Holland Park office

Claire has lived in London since 2002, initially working in Advertising & Publishing but on discovering she was more comfortable in a face to face business role, started a career in estate agency shortly after. Claire spent a number of years working in South Kensington, where her ability to speak conversational French came in very useful, before joining Marsh & Parsons in 2006. Claire has been an integral part of the growth and success of the Marsh & Parsons lettings division, opening the Balham, Pimlico and Mayfair offices respectively, and building them into successful estate agency branches.

She has more recently settled in the Holland Park office, where she is enjoying the wealth of history that the area has to offer, more so than the other London offices she has worked in. Claire has already spotted her dream home on the leafy Clarendon Road W14, and sampled some of the area’s well known foods – notably one of Lidgate’s famous pies, and a girly lunch at the popular Julie’s restaurant.
