Marsh & Parsons Clapham Estate Agents is located in the heart of Clapham Old Town, and our Clapham office offers experienced sales and lettings teams.

Clapham offers an excellent variety of transport links with the Northern Line running through to the West End and The City, an overland station running directly to Victoria and London Bridge, buses directly into The West End also and the A3 allowing access to the West.

Thomas Crabtree, Senior Sales Manager of the Clapham, SW4 Office

Born in the hospital where The Latitude building now stands in Clapham South, Thomas spent his early years living 'between the commons' and going to school at the King's Avenue Primary School. Thomas graduated from university in 1997, and then went on to travel the Far East and Africa for a number of years, teaching English as he went. On his return, he settled back into Clapham, working initially in the City, and then in 2004 moved into estate agency, gaining a few years of experience, before joining Marsh & Parsons in 2006 as the Clapham Old Town sales manager.

His favourite street is Turret Grove SW4, which offers a selection of beautiful houses, all slightly different from one another - a unique feature in London. When the sun is shining, Thomas enjoys a drink in the Sun Inn, a popular pub located opposite our Clapham Old Town office, and he also enjoys taking his young daughter to the swings on Windmill Drive, where he too had played as child.

Katie Cox, Lettings Manager of the Clapham, SW4 Office

After graduating in 2005 from Loughborough University with a degree in Geography, Katie moved straight into Estate Agency, spending the first few years of her property career in Surrey. She joined the Fulham office of Marsh & Parsons in 2006, but in 2007 took a career break, travelling to both America and Australia. On returning in 2008, Katie was welcomed back to the Clapham office, taking a promotion to be the Lettings Manager a year later.

Katie grew up in London, and has lived in south west London for the past five years. Her favourite street in the area is Grafton Square SW4, where the beautiful Victorian houses surround a stunning, private garden square. Katie will often enjoy a run on Clapham Common, followed by a drink in The Windmill pub, and she strongly recommends Moens Butchers for a great sandwich.
