So, who can you expect to deal with at the Chelsea, SW3 office ?

William_Hughes-Ward_Chelsea_Sales_Manager_WEBWilliam Hughes-Ward, Senior Sales Manager of the Chelsea Office

A competitive swimmer from a young age, William won a sports scholarship to Millfield School in Somerset where he swam at a national standard. Following this, he joined Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in 1995, deciding a few years later to travel the world aboard a luxury cruise liner as an excursions manager. On his return in 2001, he worked for a well established estate agent in Pimlico, moving to the Marsh & Parsons Kensington office in 2005. Following a promotion, William was then responsible for opening and building the new Pimlico office, just one month after the recession started. Despite the difficult market, William was successful, putting this down to his earlier, relentless training days of becoming a professional athlete.

William has since moved to the Chelsea office, which he considers to be the “best property market in the world”. His favourite street is Moore Street, SW3, home to beautiful Victorian houses, and within walking distance of Sloane Square, Sloane Street, Knightsbridge and Belgravia. William is a keen skier, but spends much of his spare time with his dog, walking him in nearby Battersea Park. On a lunch break, William can often be found in Jaks on Walton Street – a favourite with many of the locals.

Guy_Bradshaw_Chelsea_Lettings_Manager_WEBGuy Bradshaw, Senior Lettings Manager of the Chelsea Office

Educated at Shrewsbury Boys School, Guy went on to study Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University, graduating in 2002. He joined a Richmond based estate agent shortly after his graduation and moved to work in Chelsea a year later. In 2005, he was employed to run the Marsh & Parsons Holland Park lettings office, and for five years was responsible for the building one of the area's most successful lettings teams. In early 2010, Guy decided to move back to Chelsea, which has also been his home for many years. He loves everything about the area – the friendly atmosphere, the liveliness of the Fulham and Kings Roads, and of course the diverse and international element of working in Chelsea.
Guy is a keen sportsman, playing cricket for a team based in Henley, and golf when the opportunity arises. His favourite place to go after a hard week, is The Botanist on Sloane Square, where they serve excellent cocktails and great food. Guy loves the impressive villas on The Boltons, but as Europe’s most expensive street (price per square foot), he is just as happy living in one of the beautiful red brick buildings on Draycott Place SW3.
