William_Hughes-Ward_Chelsea_Sales_Manager_WEBWilliam Hughes-Ward, Associate Director and Sales Manager of the Chelsea Office

A competitive swimmer from a young age, William won a sports scholarship to Millfield School in Somerset where he swam at a national standard. Following this, he joined Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in 1995, deciding a few years later to travel the world aboard a luxury cruise liner as an excursions manager. On his return in 2001, he worked for a well established estate agent in Pimlico, moving to the Marsh & Parsons Kensington office in 2005. Following a promotion, William was then responsible for opening and building the new Pimlico office, just one month after the recession started. Despite the difficult market, William was successful, putting this down to his earlier, relentless training days of becoming a professional athlete. In 2011, William was promoted to Associate Director of Marsh & Parsons.

William has since moved to the Chelsea office, which he considers to be the “best property market in the world”. His favourite street is Moore Street, SW3, home to beautiful Victorian houses, and within walking distance of Sloane Square, Sloane Street, Knightsbridge and Belgravia. William is a keen skier, but spends much of his spare time with his dog, walking him in nearby Battersea Park. On a lunch break, William can often be found in Jaks on Walton Street – a favourite with many of the locals.

IMG_4118_BWJenny Anderson, Lettings Manager of the Chelsea Office

Jenny, who grew up in Galloway, Scotland, graduated from Strathclyde University in 2003 with a degree in Technology & Business. Soon after, she moved to London, joining the Property Management team of a large, established estate agent, later becoming their team leader. In 2008, Jenny joined the Chelsea lettings team of Marsh & Parsons, and was subsequently promoted to be the manager of the Pimlico & Westminster office in early 2010. Jenny is now based in Chelsea again, heading up the lettings team.

Jenny loves everything about the area – the friendly atmosphere, the liveliness of the Fulham and Kings Roads, and of course the diverse and international element of working in Chelsea. She is a trained ballet dancer, with qualifications from the Royal Academy, having started when she was four years old, and will often go to the Pineapple Studios in central London for a class.

danielle_fearnon_valuer_chelseaDanielle Fearnon, Valuer of the Chelsea Office

Danielle studied for a degree in Business & Marketing at the University of Dublin. Soon after, she moved to London to work in television, as a Sales Presenter. Here, she discovered a natural flair for sales at the same time as falling in love with the city of London. Having always had an appreciation for architecture and a fascination in the history of buildings, she decided to start a career in property as an estate agent.

Danielle currently works as a Valuer for the Kensington & Chelsea areas, assisting the Senior Lettings Manager, Verity Barrett. She loves working in this beautiful part of London for its elegant culture and magnificent historic architecture; the delightful stucco fronted family houses in Kensington being her favourite. In her spare time she enjoys walking along the ultra fashionable boutiques of Sloane Street and the Kings Road which is also home to a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants - her favourite being ‘The Big Easy’ a popular American diner.
