Having started his professional career in advertising, Tim decided to move into the world of property in 2004, where he worked for a high profile chain of estate agents based in Battersea. The pace was fast and the learning curve steep but after 18 months he decided to take on the new challenge of working at Marsh & Parsons.

Initially positioned in Notting Hill as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Tim was quickly promoted to Sales Valuer and shortly after, in 2007, was promoted to be the Sales Manager of the Northcote Road office in SW11.

Tim has lived in Battersea for over 10 years so knows the area inside and out, and the recent birth of his daughter, makes him perfectly placed to look after the residents of "nappy valley". He enjoys the unique character of the surrounding Northcote Road area, and the excellent quality housing stock makes it an extremely rewarding part of London for Tim to work in.

After graduating from Robert Gordon’s Aberdeen University in Hospitality Management, Graeme moved to London in 2002 to open a bar in Clapham, which he managed for three years. Following this, he decided to pursue his interest in property, working initially for a well known estate agent in Battersea. After two and a half years he joined Marsh & Parsons and has been working as a Lettings Manager since January 2007, firstly in the Clapham office and then moving to Battersea in June 2008 where he continued to contribute to strengthening the Marsh & Parsons brand ‘south of the river’.

Graeme has lived in the Wandsworth Borough for over seven years, where he still enjoys the lively nightlife that first attracted him to the area. He can often be spotted walking into the West End from his home in Clapham (an hour’s stroll) or cycling on one of the many commons in the area. Graeme is really passionate about developing customer service and client relations with his local clients, especially in such a family orientated neighbourhood.
