Kate moved to West London in 1999, starting a career with a well known London estate agent. Since then, she has enjoyed a career in Chiswick and Richmond, moving to the Marsh & Parsons Barnes office in 2006. Kate describes Barnes as being one of the most beautiful areas of London, with its unique village feel. There’s no-where in London that quite compares to Barnes.

Kate’s stamina and persistence extends beyond her extremely successful estate agency career, in the many charity runs that she takes part in. She is currently training for the London Parks half marathon and takes full advantage of the river runs she can enjoy in Barnes. Kate’s favourite place for a quick lunch in Barnes is the Corner Café, also a favourite with many of the locals.

Kate has worked in the property industry for the past ten years, when she started her career in Australia with a well known, reputable agent. She moved to London in 2004, where she has since worked in the central London areas of Notting Hill, Kensington and additionally in Fulham. Kate has had extensive training in ARLA, meaning her legal management and lettings knowledge is second to none.

Kate lives locally in nearby Wandsworth but enjoys working in Barnes, with its village atmosphere and easy access to central London. She particularly enjoys the farmers market on a Saturday, and if she finds enough time in the week, Kate enjoys a lunch at the popular Sun Inn. Her favourite homes are the Lion houses found on Glebe Road.
