New Homes Manager

Marsh & Parsons' rapidly expanding New Homes division are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to manage the current development pipeline and develop new business. The role contains a particular emphasis on the following attributes:

•    Consultancy advice over potential sales values
•    Seeking out new business opportunities
•    Developing strong new business relations
•    Handling the existing pipeline through to completion
•    Co-ordinating launch events and marketing material
•    Liasing closely with the branch network
•    Handling sales through to practical completion

Key requirements are strong organisational skills, excellent negotiation abilities and a commitment to the highest levels of client contact at all times. There is significant potential to grow the department as the business expands.

Salary: The remuneration package is excellent and includes a basic salary plus a generous personal commission structure and a company mobile phone.
