Jake Civardi, Sales Manager of the Pimlico & Westminster office

Educated at Marlborough College, Jake went on to study at Edinburgh University, graduating in 1999. He initially worked for a corporate and private events consultancy in London, but started his property career in 2003, where he has since worked in Battersea, Fulham and Kensington. He joined Marsh & Parsons in 2009 after a year in Dubai, working as a consultant on a number of high profile hotels and residences in Abu Dhabi, to head the Pimlico & Westminster sales team.

Jake loves the lateral, spacious properties found on Warwick Square SW1, but since the recent birth of his first daughter, would now opt for one of the beautiful houses found in the Pimlico Grid. With an American father and a mother from Kenya, it’s no surprise that Jake is a keen traveller, however he is also an active tennis player, golfer, skier, surfer and sculptor. His favourite place to go in the Pimlico area is The Orange, on Pimlico Road SW1, where there is a great atmosphere, and even better food.

Chris Coombes, Lettings Manager of the Pimlico & Westminster office

Chris moved to London from Australia in 2004 and immediately began his career in property with a well known London estate agent. Joining Marsh & Parsons in 2008, he has worked in a number of our central London offices including Pimlico, Kensington and North Kensington, before being promoted to the ‘Valuer’ of the Chelsea office. In 2011, Chris was promoted to Lettings Manager of the Pimlico & Westminster office.

Chris has lived near to Pimlico for the past three years and loves the areas surrounding Pimlico Road, with its vibrant mix of delis, cafes and restaurants. Chris loves the architecture of the Pimlico Grid and the beautiful mix of buildings that Westminster has to offer. He believes that Pimlico and Westminster is one of the best locations in London for that elusive mix of quiet residential streets whilst retaining the ‘buzz’ of all the best social aspects of living in Zone 1.
