The Marsh & Parsons Kensington estate agency office is located on Kensington Church Street and offers sales, lettings and lettings management. It also houses the Professional Department and our Developments & Investments Department.

Craig Tonkin, Associate Director and Sales Manager of the Kensington Office

Craig, who initially left school in 1992 to become a professional golfer, started his property career three years later with an estate agent in his home town of St Ives in Cornwall. Looking for something with a faster pace, he moved to London in 1999, working for a well known estate agent in Putney for five years. He joined the Kensington office of Marsh & Parsons in 2005 as the sales manager, where he has since been promoted to be an Associate Director of the company.

Craig loves the Kensington area – in particular the stunning architecture and cosmopolitan feel, and not to mention some of London’s most prestigious parks on your door step. His favourite type of property are the classic, stucco fronted houses found on Palace Gardens Terrace, W8. If Craig has any spare time during the week, he will enjoy a lunch at the Churchill Arms, but at the weekend prefers time out of London, shooting or playing golf.

Verity graduated with a degree in German, French & Dutch in 2001; following which she worked for a firm of translators for four years. Deciding she wanted a change, she joined the Notting Hill office of Marsh & Parsons, quickly becoming one of the most successful letting agents at the company. In 2007, Verity was promoted to the Lettings Manager of the Kensington office. In 2011, Verity was promoted to Associate Director of Marsh & parsons.

Her favourite aspect of working in the Kensington office, is the great team that she works with – but there are other obvious benefits to working in W8, the great shopping on Kensington High Street being one of them! When describing her favourite type of property in the area, Verity can’t decide between the magnificent, stucco fronted houses on Brunswick Gardens and the beautiful "chocolate box" houses of the Hillgate Village. Whilst Verity is not in the office, you are likely to find her either playing squash, cooking or on the rally car track doing a few laps.

Danielle studied for a degree in Business & Marketing at the University of Dublin. Soon after, she moved to London to work in television, as a Sales Presenter. Here, she discovered a natural flair for sales at the same time as falling in love with the city of London. Having always had an appreciation for architecture and a fascination in the history of buildings, she decided to start a career in property as an estate agent.

Danielle currently works as a Valuer for the Kensington & Chelsea areas, assisting the Senior Lettings Manager, Verity Barrett. She loves working in this beautiful part of London for its elegant culture and magnificent historic architecture; the delightful stucco fronted family houses in Kensington being her favourite. In her spare time she enjoys walking along the ultra fashionable boutiques of Sloane Street and the Kings Road which is also home to a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants - her favourite being ‘The Big Easy’ a popular American diner.
