Marsh & Parsons Fulham Estate Agents is located on the Harwood Road, this office offers both residential sales and lettings covering the entire Fulham area including the Moore Park Estate, Parson’s Green and Munster Village, also extending into West Kensington and Baron’s Court.

Fulham, SW6 is situated between Chelsea and Putney and is not only known for its extensive selection of trendy bars and restaurants, but also for its antique shops and small boutiques - especially along the Lillie Road (Munster Cross). If you can’t find what you’re looking for there however, you can always try the King’s Road, SW3 just a short walk away. With its excellent transport links, including Fulham Broadway tube station (District line), the fantastic schools and the wide open spaces, Fulham continues to be a popular place to live in London for families and young professionals alike.

SW6 is also lucky enough to be home to two major football stadiums, including Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge next to Fulham Broadway and Fulham’s Craven Cottage, next to Bishop’s Park on the banks of the Thames, one of the most picturesque settings of any league club.

As well as being close to the Thames, Fulham has got some great parks, including the green spaces of Eel Brook Common, Parson’s Green, South Park and Bishop’s Park; where the gardens are amongst some of London’s most important.

So, who can you expect to deal with at the Moore Park Road office in Fulham?

Alex Lyle, Associate Director and Sales Manager of the Fulham Office

Alex moved to London over 15 years ago, having grown up in the West Country. He worked in the marketing and events industry for 7 of these years, running a number of successful and high profile public shows, before deciding to join the Marsh & Parsons Fulham office, which at the time, was known as local estate agent, Vanstons. When Marsh & Parsons took over the Vanstons brand in 2006, Alex remained with the office, helping throughout to make it one of Fulham’s most successful estate agencies. Having proved himself as an exceptional agent, Alex was promoted to Sales Manager in 2007, where he has continued to build one of Marsh & Parsons most successful offices. In 2011, Alex was promoted to Associate Director of Marsh & Parsons.

Alex and the Fulham team can often be found in the next door Pelican pub after work, or (not quite as often) for a meal in the Michelin starred Harwood Arms. Alex loves the charm of Fulham – and with some of London’s most beautiful property to sell – who can blame him. His favourite homes are those that overlook one of the many parks, or one of the exclusive “Lion houses” on the Peterborough Estate.

Sylvie Bahmanyar, Associate Director and Lettings Manager of the Fulham Office

Sylvie graduated from University in 2002 with a degree in Linguistics & Computing. After a stint of teaching English abroad, she moved to London to start a career in property. Initially working for a mortgage broker based in Canary Wharf, Sylvie decided that she would be more suited to working as an estate agent. In the six years that Sylvie has been part of the property industry, she has worked in neighbouring Chelsea, moving to run the Marsh & Parsons Fulham office in 2008. Being able to speak French and Spanish conversationally has helped Sylvie find property for the increasing number of International tenants that are moving to the SW6 area. In 2011, Sylvie was promoted to Associate Director of Marsh & Parsons.

Sylvie is incredibly sociable, and when not working as an estate agent, she will be catching up with friends – a favourite in the summer, is a drink in the Aragon House’s beer garden. Any spare time will involve drawing or painting, or a holiday snowboarding. Sylvie loves working in Fulham – mostly because of the diverse nature of her job. There is always a range of different people to deal with – whether it’s sharers, or renters looking for a family home.

India Barsotti, Lettings Valuer of the Fulham Office

Originally from Los Angeles, India Barsotti moved to London in 1997. She began her career in luxury fashion retail, followed by a stint in PR and advertising. Upon discovering her natural flair for sales and having always had genuine admiration for London architecture, she decided to start a career in property as an estate agent. India joined Marsh & Parsons in 2010 working closely with the Associate Director of the successful Fulham office, Sylvie Bahmanyar. Her progression to becoming a property ‘Valuer’, enables her to use her real passion for customer service to deliver the very best results for her landlords.

India loves working in the SW6 area for its beautiful surroundings and landscaped gardens. There are numerous attractive green open spaces in and around Fulham, her favourite being Bishops Park and the grounds of Fulham Palace Road, which India says are "perfect for walking dogs or relaxing on a hot summer's day". India loves the properties to let in Fulham particularly the ‘Lion Houses’ on the Peterborough Estate. In her spare time she enjoys taking a stroll along the Fulham Road, with it’s uber fashionable boutiques and great selection of bars and restaurants – ’Sophie’s Steakhouse’ is a favourite and also popular with the locals.
