Rose Holden, Sales Manager of the Battersea Office

Rose studied for a BA in Business and Languages, majoring in Spanish at the Dublin Institute of Technology. Soon after graduating, Rose started her career as an estate agent. She has been in the industry for over nine years, working for some well known estate agents at management level before joining Marsh & Parsons. Rose started in our flagship office in Notting Hill and soon after was promoted to be the Sales Manager of the Battersea office.

Rose enjoys the buzz of the Northcote Road and the style and history of the property in Battersea with its village atmosphere. At weekends, Rose can often be found relaxing or walking in one of the many beautiful parks that surround the area, shopping at the local shops on the Northcote Road or catching up with friends in one of area’s many popular cafes or restaurants - Gail’s being a particular favourite!

Fran_Matthews_Lettings_Manager_Battersea Francesca Matthews, Lettings Manager of the Battersea Office

Fran graduated from the Royal Holloway University with a Masters Degree in Geology in 2005 and soon after embarked on a career in the property industry, working for three years at a well known London estate agency. After a number of years, Fran decided to pursue her interest in Property Investment, where she gained knowledge and experience in both commercial regulations as well as International Project Management. Deciding she preferred the Estate Agency profession, Fran joined the flagship Notting Hill office of Marsh & Parsons in January 2009, and more recently, has moved to run the successful Battersea lettings department.

Fran lives in nearby Clapham and her favourite properties in the area can be found on Clapham Common Westside or Prince of Wales Drive, where they have “individual character, peaceful surroundings and idyllic views.” Fran has lived locally for eight years so has an extensive knowledge of the Battersea area and what it has to offer. She can often be found jogging on the common and also enjoys some of the local eateries, her favourite being Chez Bruce on Bellevue Road or the Bolingbroke pub which offers a nice ambience and a great Sunday roast.
