Adam Stackhouse, Head of Department

Adam has operated in London's most prominent postcodes during his 14 year career previously overseeing Chesterton's Sales operation across London and Kent after an extensive career with Hamptons' International. The move to Marsh & Parsons has allowed Adam to channel his knowledge of the Central London market towards specific developer clients and investor groups.

Where Estate Agency has sharpened in terms of service levels to the client, he feels that now is the time to bring these systems into a market that demands a unique level of understanding and innovation to ensure that optimum results are achieved.

Brendan Conway, Associate Director BSc (Surv)

Brendan started his property career with the Commercial Department of Sherry FitzGerald in Dublin, Ireland in 1990. He has since spent several years working abroad in property specialising in the leisure industry and working for several high profile agents based in London.

Brendan joined Marsh & Parsons in 2005 believing that the company was ideally placed to offer prime investment opportunities to the Irish market offering a very proactive service to developers and investors alike.

Tom Smedley, Investment Consultant

Tom initially worked as a sales negotiator and quickly moved into managing a New Homes Site Sales office. He joined Marsh & Parsons in 2005 as the New Business Manager and after building a successful department that specialised in cross selling across the business he decided to move into the Investments & Developments department.

Tom's role as an Investment Consultant will see him advising on all aspects of Investments and Developments and his involvement will help contribute to a more personal and professional service to clients in a market where there are significant opportunities.
