Kelly Stafford

Kelly Stafford - Senior Sales Manager

Kelly has worked in the property industry for the past 15 years, having started a career in Australia with a well known estate agent. She moved to London in 2002, where she has since worked in prime central London and more recently has enjoyed a career managing the Marsh & Parsons Barnes office. Kelly studied Property Economics and has a Diploma in Real Estate Business Management. She also has extensive training with highly respected and well established industry bodies; ARLA and NAEA – meaning her clients can be confident they are dealing with a professional agent with intimate property market knowledge and legal management.

Kelly, who lives locally in neighbouring Putney, enjoys Barnes for it’s "mixture of architecture, ranging from riverside houses on Barnes Waterside, the pretty cottages in Little Chelsea, to the Lion Houses on The Crescent." She also loves Barnes for it’s "lovely villagey feel, the quintessentially English pubs and the stunning views overlooking the river Thames." In her spare time, one of Kelly’s favourite haunts is the Brown Dog Pub for its delicious Sunday lunches and dog friendly, cosy atmosphere. Taking long walks along the river with her husband and her beloved Cocker Spaniel Max, is her ultimate way for her to unwind.

A recent seller in Barnes said this about Kelly:

"Kelly - thank you so much for all your work on the sale of my property. You have made the process very straightforward, quick and stress free for me!!" - A Barnes Seller

Sam Bide

Sam Bide - Associate Director - Sales Manager

Eight years ago, and with a degree from Durham University in Sports Physiology, Sam started his property career with a well known London estate agent. He joined the Marsh & Parsons team in 2009, working initially in Chelsea, before joining the Barnes office. As the Sales Manager, his extensive knowledge of the area guarantees unbeatable results for his clients.

Sam loves the large, stucco fronted houses on Lonsdale Road, as well as the beautiful properties on The Crescent , which overlook the pond. He enjoys a drink after work at the White Hart pub on the river and his favourite places for an evening meal are Sonny's and the Depot. In his spare time, Sam is a keen sportsman, and particularly enjoys running along the river.

Sophie Levy

Sophie Levy - Associate Director - Lettings Manager

Sophie graduated from Sussex University with a 1st class honours degree in Psychology. Soon after, she spent time traveling in Asia and Australia, and has since enjoyed a property career at the Marsh & Parsons, Barnes office. Her natural ability to deal with the daily challenges of working in the London Lettings property market has enabled her to deliver a service that's second to none for her landlords.

Sophie adores Barnes for its quintessential village atmosphere and her favourite properties can be found on the "pretty streets of Little Chelsea and the Lion houses overlooking Barnes Common." In the summer you can usually find her sipping Pimms by the riverside at the White Hart pub or sampling the delightful treats from the local Saturday farmers market – also a favourite with many of the locals. When she has time, Sophie is a keen tennis player and also enjoys exercising her skills with photography.

A recent Landlord in Barnes said this about Sophie:

"I'm dropping you a line to compliment the great service I've received from Sophie in letting my flat recently. From her initial viewing and advice/guidance given then, I have been very grateful for her supremely professional approach - cool, calm and accommodating sums it up." - Lewis Nolan
