Ian started in Estate Agency shortly after graduating from Leicester University with a Marketing degree. Having spent a number of years working for a well known London estate agent, his desire to continue to grow and develop his career brought him to the Marsh & Parsons Notting Hill office in 2009. Here, he gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in the central London property market and has more recently become the Sales Manager of Marsh & Parsons' newest office in Earls Court.
Ian considers himself very lucky to be working in the SW5 area because "it's one of London’s most popular areas with a good mix of superb architecture, great restaurants and a variety of people from different parts of the world". He is particularly fond of the stunning Victorian garden squares, such as Bramham Gardens, Barkston Gardens and Earls Court Square. Ian also loves the great range of restaurants and chic cafés of Earls Court and Old Brompton Road and when he's not busy selling property, Ian is a keen sportsman - he played professionally for Leicester Tigers RFU under 21's and when he gets the chance, he still likes to play.

Originally from Los Angeles, India Barsotti moved to London in summer 2000. She began her career in luxury fashion retail, followed by a brief stint in PR and advertising. Upon discovering her natural flair for sales and having always had genuine admiration for London architecture, she decided to start a career in property as an estate agent. India joined Marsh & Parsons in 2010 working in the Fulham & Brook Green areas as property 'Valuer', where her passion for customer service lead her to becoming the Lettings Manager of the Marsh & Parsons Earls Court office.
India says she “loves working in this fantastic part of London because of it’s vibrant and diverse, International culture”. She particularly loves the apartments in Colherne Court for their period features, amazing location and beautifully landscaped gardens. India, also says Earls Court "has some of the prettiest garden squares in London". When she's not busy looking after her landlords, India enjoys catching up with her friends and colleagues and when she can, you might find her practising yoga.
