Estate Agents in Clapham

Marsh & Parsons Clapham Estate Agents is located in the heart of Clapham Old Town, and our Clapham office offers experienced sales and lettings teams.
Clapham boasts a mix of property dating back to the 17th Century but more typically has buildings from the Victorian era with Victorian School conversions being especially popular and with an increasingly rising rental market, Victorian flat conversions are also in high demand.
Renowned for an eclectic mix of shops, bars and restaurants aimed at a typically youthful population, Clapham also benefits from The Common offering a bustling green space with a fabulous selection of activities, concerts and festivals to keep the locals occupied.
Clapham offers an excellent variety of transport links with the Northern Line running through to the West End and The City, an overland station running directly to Victoria and London Bridge, buses directly into The West End also and the A3 allowing access to the West.

Born in the hospital where The Latitude building now stands in Clapham South, Thomas spent his early years living 'between the commons' and going to school at the King's Avenue Primary School. Thomas graduated from university in 1997, and then went on to travel the Far East and Africa for a number of years, teaching English along the way. On his return, Thomas settled back into Clapham, working initially in the City and then in 2004 moved into estate agency, gaining a few years of experience before joining Marsh & Parsons in 2006 as the Clapham Old Town Sales Manager. In 2011, Thomas was promoted to Associate Director of Marsh & Parsons.
His favourite street is Turret Grove SW4, which offers a selection of beautiful houses, all slightly different from one another - a unique feature in London. When the sun is shining, Thomas enjoys a drink in the Sun Inn, a popular pub located opposite our Clapham Old Town office and also enjoys taking his children to the swings on Windmill Drive, where he too had played as child.
Robbie Dillon - Lettings Manager

Robbie Dillon started his working career with Merrill Lynch after completing a Computer Science Degree at the ITT University in Dublin. Having grown up within a property influenced family in Ireland, Robbie decided to become an estate agent, but with dreams of working in one of the "best cities in the world," he decided that he was far more suited to the fast-paced, exciting lettings market of London.
Robbie has lived in south west London for the past three years and particularly loves Clapham for its vibrant community and great mix of young professionals, city workers and families. His favourite properties are the houses found on The Chase, SW4 - the large detached, Victorian houses and the tree lined open spaces remind him of a road he walked on every day to get to school as a child. Robbie cites Clapham as both a diverse and exciting place to live and work; he enjoys sports and at the weekends he can often be found at the London Golf Centre in Wandsworth or playing rugby with friends on Clapham Common.
