Overview
The Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator holds a broad range of responsibilities across the department. As first point of contact for front office marketing needs, you review levels for collateral and merchandise, coordinate tasks to proof, gain approvals and dispatch to ensure projects are delivered on brand, on time, and on budget. Working with suppliers, designers and management, you coordinate requests, help find solutions and assist with general proofing and projects as needed. For digital marketing, you are first point of contact for property portal issues, providing assistance with listing performance and compiling reports as needed, assisting with content changes for the company website and providing input in to social media efforts. 

You are also responsible for coordination and execution of local area events as part of local Community Engagement Plans (CEP). You identify and research commercially viable opportunities, compile proposals for approval, contribute to the annual calendar, negotiate quotes and provide input to the budget. You coordinate all aspects of artwork and event organisation with suppliers and partners, and build these relationships whilst achieving maximum targeted brand exposure. 
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Execution – Corporate and department
  • Work with offices and departments to understand communications requirements 
  • First point of contact to coordinate collateral needs and merchandise 
  • Project management of artwork; write briefs for sign-off, develop and manage timing plans, ensure detailed proofing is undertaken, and coordinate through to approval and dispatch
  • Record costs, manage invoices, address anomalies and compile reporting
  • Maintain relationships with third-party suppliers (photography, boards, distributors, printers, etc.) and work with offices to ensure service and quality levels 
Community Engagement
  • Coordinate annual event calendar across offices
  • Research and identify commercially viable opportunities, compile proposals to gain maximum exposure and value, and present to management for sign-off
  • Work with partners and suppliers to coordinate all internal and external aspects of events including staffing and attendance, brand presence and artwork as needed 
  • Coordinate and report on annual sponsorship budget 
  • Manage and maintain community relationships to build long-term relationships and support
  • For new offices, work with staff to plan launch events and ongoing community actitity  
Digital Marketing 
  • First point of contact for property portal issues and assistance with listing performance 
  • Utilise CMS to update content and help develop community section of the website
  • Supply content for use across social media channels and blogs which showcases our involvement in the communities we operate
Other
  • Plan, execute and report on internal events such as corporate fundraising and office launch parties 
  • Answer and direct central marketing enquiries via phone/email
  • Project and campaign support for Marketing Director and Marketing Manager as needed
  • Flexibility to perform any other reasonable duties as required
  • Working on weekends and weekday evenings is required on an occasional basis. In each instance time will be given back in lieu or overtime will be paid.
