I wanted someone to know that I was very impressed with the service I received from the Marsh & Parsons Brook Green office when buying my flat - which I completed about a month ago on Sinclair Road. 

It feels slightly unusual to be complimentary about an estate agent but the dealings I had with you were thoroughly professional, speedy and efficient. All enquiries and communications were answered immediately and comprehensively, and you could not have been more helpful in taking time to explain to a property novice like me what was happening at every stage.

I’ve just sold my flat through you. Louise was the negotiator on the deal. I wanted to let you know what a terrific job she did. She was incredibly proactive and showed real initiative. She really helped drive things forward and meet my deadline and she was always very responsive and hugely helpful. Overall a real pleasure to deal with. I rarely praise estate agents in this way but she stood out.

I've been meaning to drop you an email just to say that I think you have a very good estate agent in Louise Rillie.

She is by far the best person I have had dealings with in our property search (which is not yet over). She is very professional, efficient and attentive, without being too pushy. It is a difficult balance to strike and she is a credit to Marsh and Parsons.
