In the judges report, they said that "Peter Rollings works closely with his team at Marsh & Parsons to deliver stand out service. Marsh & Parsons was thrilled to win the silver award for best estate agency website at the 2012 Estate Agency Awards in association with The Times & Sunday Times. The judges said "Marsh & Parsons continues to act as a pioneer for the use of web and online in the industry. The team is totally innovative at social media across the board from facebook to twitter and absolutely understand how to harness the power of these media for the best possible results. The website is clean, informative and fun. Content can be shared, and the panel particularly liked the “Our Social Network” section on which the various social media and networking sites are each used for an area of interest and to gather visitor details i.e. using Linked In for recruitment, Foursquare for information and reviews on the local area and Pinterest to save favourites on the site. At the 2012 Negotiator Awards, which took place on Thursday 25th October, Marsh & Parsons was crowned the UK's National Estate Agency of the Year. We were also delighted to have been runner's up in the Best Community Agent and the UK's Best Lettings Agency categories. The judges said this about us..

Marsh & Parsons, along with interior designer Ann MacDonald from AMI Consulting, has been 'highly commended' in the Best Retail Interior award, coming second to The Royal Opera House.

The awards ceremony, sponsored by Gaggenau, Yamaha and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, took place at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on Friday 12th October. The judging involved a panel of over 60 experts and Marsh & Parsons was delighted to have been recognised for providing outstanding office space for its customers and staff to enjoy.

Marsh & Parsons were awarded the title of 'Best Medium Letting Estate in London' at the 2011 Lettings Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times and The Times.

Marsh & Parsons won the award on the strength of its "sheer level of services and innovation", "the expertise of all employees", with the judges declaring Marsh & Parsons "a fantastic example of lettings at its best".

The judging of the awards was chaired by The Property Ombudsman and was backed by the National Association of Estate Agents and the National Federation of Property Professionals.
