Welcome to the Marsh & Parsons Online Trophy Cabinet!
We entered our first estate agency awards category back in 2009 - and won. And since becoming The Negotiator’s Marketing Team of the Year, Marsh & Parsons has had multiple award wins. To date, our most prestigious industry success was at the Sunday Times awards in 2010 where we were crowned the UK’s Overall Best Estate Agent and more recently in 2011, where we were announced as The Negotiator’s Supreme Agent.

Quadruple Award Winners at The Negotiator Awards 2011
At this year's Negotiator Awards 2011, Marsh & Parsons were winners of four categories – National Lettings Agency of the Year, Marketing Team of the Year, Leader of the Year and named as the overall "most admired estate agency" earning the 'Supreme Negotiator of the Year' title.
Best Medium Letting Agent in London
Marsh & Parsons were awarded the title of 'Best Medium Letting Estate in London' at the 2011 Lettings Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times and The Times.
Marsh & Parsons won the award on the strength of its "sheer level of services and innovation", "the expertise of all employees", with the judges declaring Marsh & Parsons "a fantastic example of lettings at its best".
The judging of the awards was chaired by The Property Ombudsman and was backed by the National Association of Estate Agents and the National Federation of Property Professionals.
Times & Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year
In November 2010 Marsh & Parsons were voted the Best Estate Agent in the UK, having won the 'Best Medium Estate Agency in London' and 'Best Medium UK Estate Agency' rounds.
The awards, associated with the Times and Sunday Times, are the longest running, most sought after and prestigious in our industry. We were recognised for our staff retention levels, our recruitment processes and the way we motivate our people to get the best results for our clients. Particularly pleasing, was to know that the judges had 'mystery shopped' our offices to make an informed assessment.
Marsh & Parsons was named as the Estate Agency Marketing Team of the Year at the 2009 Negotiator Awards in recognition of our successes in reaching customers, increasing brand awareness and supporting the local community.
