Press Release: Doughnut Run Sweetens Marsh and Parsons' Little Venice Opening Offer

Marsh & Parsons launched a three day doughnut campaign this morning to celebrate the opening of their new Little Venice office - and their savoury zero percent commission offer for the office’s first three months.
To inform local residents of the offer, Marsh & Parsons will be handing out six thousand doughnuts over the course of the three day campaign, and have already handed out around two thousand. The toroidal doughnuts are being given out around tube stations and the Little Venice area by a dedicated three-man patisserie taskforce.
Following the opening of the new Little Venice office on January 4th, the company has been offering a delectable zero percent commission for the first three months of business.
Marsh & Parsons Managing Director, Peter Rollings, said: "We thought this doughnut giveaway would be a delicious and fun way to hit the streets and introduce ourselves to the community. We’ve had a great response so far. A free treat has put a smile on a lot of residents’ faces – but the lucky vendors who have taken us up on our 0% commission offer have an even bigger grin. At a time when the government is doing very little to incentivise buying and selling homes in London, we’ve done our best to sweeten the deal for home sellers in Maida Vale."
The new office – which is located moments from the Grand Union Canal and Warwick Avenue – is run by Sales Manager, Natasha Greenwood and Lettings Manager Nik Dennis. Natasha and Nik have both been with Marsh & Parsons for five years, with Natasha working in the Notting Hill office and Nik working in the North Kensington branch. A number of existing staff who live locally have also moved to join the team.
