The property market continues to be a popular talking point this week and Marsh & Parsons has been at the forefront of those talking about it. Recently, some of my views have been misinterpreted as blindly optimistic, especially since my Green Shoots feature and whilst most people support my positivity, there are always a few that think my comments have a hidden agenda. This is simply not the case. I can only comment on what I see in the property market from day to day and I'm pleased to see that the media are starting to support some of these views. I was asked to appear on London Tonight earlier this week (view video ) and it was great to see that both Rightmove and even the great Kirstie Allsop are seeing the same signs of life coming back to the market!

As a result of the Green Shoots article, I was asked to appear on CNBC (view video ) and Keith Gorny, a Director at Marsh & Parsons was invited by Channel 5 to give his opinion on the increase of buyers coming back to the market (view video ). It's extremely flattering when you're asked to give your opinion, whether for TV, radio or press but most importantly, it's an indicator that some of us are ready to start talking about signs of improvement and we always did prefer the "half full" approach!

I think that now the media are backing the positive property process then we are back on track, now is definately a good time to get yourself on the property ladder and move up if you have a lot of investment in your property.
